Job Description
Contact individuals or departments to resolve guest calls or problems. Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty to Marriott. Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
