Field Compliance Coordinator
Job Description
As a Field Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining full environmental compliance with applicable environmental requirements and government regulations in Gas Plants environments. You will implement waste management plans, conduct field audits, and lead environmental spill response coordination.
Responsibilities
- Maintain full environmental compliance with requirements and regulations
- Implement waste management plans for hazardous and non-hazardous wastes
- Conduct field audits and inspections
- Review air emissions monitoring and wastewater sampling
- Lead environmental spill response coordination and root cause analysis
- Promote proactive environmental management culture
- Prepare environmental performance reports
- Maintain Environmental Management System (EMS) in compliance with ISO 14001
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HSE, Science, Industrial, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in environmental operations
- At least 7 years in the Oil & Gas industry
- Preferred certifications: ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH Environmental Certificate
