Job Description

The Community Specialist is responsible for building strong relationships with members, creating an engaging atmosphere, and strengthening the boutique's community both in-person and online. The role focuses on member experience, retention, events, and brand engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with members and visitors
  • Create a welcoming and motivating community environment
  • Organize member events, challenges, and social activities
  • Engage with members through social media, messages, and in-club communication
  • Collect feedback and share insights with management
  • Support member retention and loyalty programs
  • Promote classes, programs, and special offers
  • Collaborate with trainers and staff to enhance member experience
  • Represent the brand at local events and partnerships
  • Support onboarding of new members

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Active presence on social media (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality
  • Creative mindset with good organizational skills
