Responsibilities
- Mentor Senior Leaders: Provide structured executive coaching to unlock potential, improve decision-making, and foster team collaboration
- Drive Operational Success: Implement strategies that achieve efficiency, align with goals, and support sustainability
- Lead Change: Guide initiatives to build an inclusive, high-performing culture while aligning leadership strategies with business priorities
Qualifications
- 5+ years in VP/C-suite roles or equivalent senior leadership experience
- Proven expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, and business operations
- Exceptional communication & influencing skills
- Strong understanding of strategy, market dynamics, and compliance (a plus)
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
