Job Description
The Marketing Operations & Budgeting Officer ensures that marketing operations run effectively. Monitoring budget, supporting campaign tracking, and ROI measurement.
Responsibilities
- Monitor marketing budgets across initiatives
- Prepare cost reports, billing, and payments through dashboards
- Manage relations with marketing vendors and agencies
- Support contract coordination with Finance
- Manage and execute ground activations
- Prepare annual schedule of activities and conferences
- Manage sponsorships and collaborations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance
- 2-3 years experience in marketing operations and budgeting
- Good in MS office, reporting, and dashboards
- Strong analytical and financial planning capability
