HR Business Partner (Remote)
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an HR Business Partner for a permanent, direct-hire opportunity that sits 100% remote. This HRBP will be responsible for managing all HR functions for a company in the financial services industry with approximately 60-70 employees. They will be working cross-functionally with multiple business units to re-vamp the employee handbook, facilitate training programs, and ensure policy compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage all HR functions for 60-70 employees
- Re-vamp employee handbook
- Facilitate training programs for leadership and new-hires
- Ensure company policies are compliant with state/federal laws
- Run point on HR-related projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on HR Generalist experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or similar
- Financial Services industry experience
- ADP Experience (strongly Preferred)
