Director of Partner Acquisition - Liberate (Real Estate Startup Studio)
Job Description
Liberate is a real estate brokerage startup studio, founded by industry veterans. We partner with top-performing agents and give them the systems, brand, technology, and leverage to build their own independent brokerages. We’re hiring a Director to lead Liberate’s Partner and Agent Acquisition Program. This is a builder-seller role for a senior B2B sales operator who can design the sales motion, execute relentlessly, and scale it into an engine.
Your objective is simple but ambitious: Identify, engage, and convert the top-producing real estate agents in the UAE who have the ambition to build their own brokerage and teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute Liberate’s Partner and agent acquisition strategy across the UAE
- Identify top-performing agents with entrepreneurial drive and leadership potential
- Run a high-touch, high-conviction sales process from first contact to signed Partner
- Build and own Liberate’s Partner CRM from the ground up
- Define ICPs, segmentation, deal stages, and qualification frameworks
- Design automated outreach sequences, follow-ups, and nurture flows
- Track funnel performance, conversion rates, and cycle times obsessively
- Position Liberate as the platform and partner of choice for elite agents ready to build
- Clearly articulate the financial, operational, and lifestyle upside of independence
- Handle complex objections around risk, brand, team building, and transition timing
- Use data to prioritize accounts, refine messaging, and improve close rates
- Partner closely with marketing and ops to test messaging, channels, and treatments
- Sign 1 new Liberate Partner per month
- Help Liberate’s Partners grow by scaling their broker talent pool
Qualifications
- Senior-level B2B sales experience, ideally in services, platforms, or partnerships
- Proven ability to build and close your own pipeline
- Strong experience with CRMs, sales tooling, and automation
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using dashboards, metrics, and reporting
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
