Job Description
The Franchise Success Manager plays a pivotal role in the growth and sustainability of our franchise network. Responsible for providing ongoing support, guidance, and resources to franchise owners.
Responsibilities
- Welcome new franchisees and support them through onboarding
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 10-15 franchisees
- Analyze key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with marketing to localize campaigns
- Uphold Little Diggers brand standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years in franchise operations, client success management, or multi-unit management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems
- Occasional travel willingness
