Job Description

We're looking for a CRM Manager with iGaming experience who knows how to build personalized communications, analyze retention metrics, and launch campaigns that keep players coming back again and again. You will set up, launch, and analyze CRM campaigns and manage multi-channel communications.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, launch, and analyze CRM campaigns (daily, weekly, holiday)
  • Create and optimize automated communication flows (welcome-flow, lifecycle logic)
  • Manage multi-channel communications: email, push, SMS, onsite, in-app
  • Configure missions, badges, and tournament logic in Smartico
  • Manage segments and personalized campaigns within Smartico
  • Segment users based on lifecycle stage, gaming, and payment behavior
  • Collaborate with designers and content managers on creatives

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a CRM Manager in iGaming
  • Hands-on experience with Smartico: setting up missions, badges, tournaments, etc.
  • Understanding of key retention metrics and strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of structures and mechanics of personalized communication
  • Experience building automated and trigger-based campaign flows
  • Confident user of Customer.io, Braze, Smartico, or similar platforms
