Job Description
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, lead the service team during peak hours, and ensure exceptional guest experience at the Musandam Restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Support Restaurant Manager in daily operations
- Lead and supervise service team on the floor
- Drive sales through upselling and promotions
- Maintain brand standards and service quality
- Assist with staff scheduling and productivity management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience within international hotel brands is an advantage
