Sales Manager - Luxury Boutique Hotel
Job Description
We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead sales activities for a luxury boutique hotel. The role focuses on growing corporate and leisure production, building strong key account relationships, and supporting the overall commercial strategy in close coordination with the General Manager. Responsibilities: Drive corporate, group, and leisure sales to achieve room night and revenue targets. Develop and manage key accounts across corporates, TMCs, travel agencies, and consortia. Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and sales trips. Prepare and analyse sales reports, account performance, and pipeline updates. Negotiate contracts and rates in line with pricing and positioning strategy. Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events. Monitor competitor activity and market trends. Coordinate closely with operations to ensure seamless guest experience and VIP handling.

Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in luxury hotels (boutique experience preferred)
- Strong local market knowledge and established network
- Solid account management and contracting experience
