Project Manager
Job Description
Capio Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to provide Organizational Change Management (OCM) services, consultation, and support for a client Case Management project. The OCM services will help facilitate the successful implementation of the new case management system.
Responsibilities
- Implement components of the change initiative
- Develop and deliver an overall project schedule for OCM activities
- Develop and deliver a Change Gap Analysis document
- Facilitate kickoff meetings and stakeholder engagement
- Develop a methodology and measures to monitor success
- Execute a Change Management Communication Plan
Qualifications
- Must have 5 years of broad experience applying Project Management principles
- At least 3 years experience must have been in a lead capacity
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Must possess a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- 3 years of experience applying Organizational Change Management methodologies
