Food and Beverage Supervisor - Italian Restaurant
Job Description
Four Seasons is looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor for an Italian restaurant. You will schedule staff, oversee restaurant operations, and ensure guests are provided with high standards of service. You will also train staff and utilize computer systems for sales and revenue reports.
Responsibilities
- Schedule staff and complete payroll records
- Conduct opening and closing procedures
- Supervise restaurant operations and guest service
- Utilize computer systems for sales and revenue reports
- Order supplies and products for daily operation
- Train staff on approved service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a similar role in a five-star luxury hotel or high-end Italian restaurant
- Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
