Job Description
Are you a dynamic and results-driven Russian-speaking Sales Leader with a passion for real estate? We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our high-performing sales team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed company targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align lead generation with sales objectives
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and relationship management
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Team Leader in the UAE real estate market
- Fluency in Russian and English
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate landscape
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
