Wanted Urgently Site Supervisor – Cable Laying (OSP/FTTH Projects)
Job Description
The Site Supervisor – Cable Laying is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of cable laying activities for Outside Plant (OSP) and Fiber to the Home (FTTH) projects. The supervisor ensures all fieldwork is conducted as per project design, quality standards, and safety regulations, while effectively managing labor teams and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities related to fiber optic cable laying
- Manage field teams and subcontractors
- Monitor site safety and HSE compliance
- Conduct site surveys and prepare daily progress reports
- Coordinate material availability and resolve site issues
- Verify quality of work meets standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience supervising OSP/FTTH cable laying projects
- Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Civil Engineering preferred
