Supervisor-Housekeeping
Job Description
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards. Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas for quality standards
- Run sold room reports and verify status
- Prioritize room cleaning
- Coordinate efforts between Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Office
- Assist management in hiring and training employees
- Complete required paperwork
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
