Job Description

Role Purpose: Grow volume and revenue in the accounts assigned to a route. Sell existing accounts and provide high quality customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve volume plan by selling all accounts on your assigned route per identified schedule
  • Sell and Execute all authorized products, packages and promotions
  • Solicit/sell all marketing equipment & additional selling displays
  • Obtain best selling position in the account
  • Ensure pricing guidelines are fully executed
  • Identify & Solicit new outlet opportunities
  • Execute direction provided by key account manager with multiple outlet customers
  • Merchandise all accounts to MenaBev standards
  • Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability
  • Work with Merchandisers to execute the Merchandising Standards established for the market

Qualifications

  • High School graduated, preferably with a college degree
  • Must have 1 year of frontline sales experience in FMCG industry
  • Must have valid driving license
