Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out projects from design coordination through final handover. The role involves managing timelines, budgets, contractors, and client expectations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. License needed Should have Minimum 5 Years of UAE Experience in UAE Specially in Fit out.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end interior fit-out projects (commercial/residential/hospitality as applicable)
- Develop project plans, schedules, and work programs
- Coordinate with designers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Oversee site activities including MEP, carpentry, joinery, finishes, and installations
- Monitor quality of workmanship and materials
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and cash flow
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and consultants
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 Years of UAE Experience in UAE Specially in Fit out
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in interior fit-out project management
