Job Description

Mey Diageo is looking for a Quality & HSE Executive to be based at the factory in Gazimağusa. The role ensures the highest standards of Quality, Food Safety, and HSE while integrating global standards into local operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer and consumer needs ensuring quality-first mindset
  • Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, and OHSAS
  • Develop and sustain HACCP and Food Safety systems
  • Plan and conduct laboratory analyses
  • Coordinate risk assessments and internal audits
  • Lead the Food Safety team and manage consumer complaints
  • Prepare KPI reports for Quality and HSE projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the FMCG sector
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Active driver (Class D driving license)
  • Based in Gazimağusa, Cyprus, or open to relocation
