Quality & HSE Executive (Gazimagusa)
Job Description
Mey Diageo is looking for a Quality & HSE Executive to be based at the factory in Gazimağusa. The role ensures the highest standards of Quality, Food Safety, and HSE while integrating global standards into local operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer and consumer needs ensuring quality-first mindset
- Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, and OHSAS
- Develop and sustain HACCP and Food Safety systems
- Plan and conduct laboratory analyses
- Coordinate risk assessments and internal audits
- Lead the Food Safety team and manage consumer complaints
- Prepare KPI reports for Quality and HSE projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the FMCG sector
- Strong written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Active driver (Class D driving license)
- Based in Gazimağusa, Cyprus, or open to relocation
