Job Description
Walk-In Interview Details. Date: Saturday, 31st January. Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Address: MTec Electromechanical Works LLC, New Global Tower, Office No. 104, 1st Floor, Electra, Abu Dhabi. We are seeking a competent HR Executive with proven UAE experience in the MEP construction industry. Freshers are strictly not eligible.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, overtime, and personnel files
- Handle MOHRE processes: labor contracts, visas, renewals, cancellations
- Ensure adherence to UAE Labour Law
- Coordinate payroll inputs, HR reports, and MIS
- Manage employee relations and disciplinary actions
- Liaise with site teams and management on HR-related matters
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE (mandatory)
- MEP / Construction industry experience is compulsory
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures
- ERP system exposure and advanced Excel skills preferred
