Job Description
Responsible for guest and visitor management, communication hub duties including answering calls and responding to emails, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support, and front desk maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet, direct, and assist clients and visitors
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Manage appointments and meeting room bookings
- Handle mail, deliveries, filing, and data entry
- Maintain clean and stocked reception area
- Follow safety procedures and control access
