Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with a valid UPDA Certificate (Trainee or Grade A–C) and 7+ years of GCC experience, specializing in residential building projects and with strong knowledge of QCS (Qatar Construction Specifications) standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise civil works in accordance with QCS and approved drawings
- Ensure construction quality meets project and regulatory standards
- Coordinate daily site activities and subcontractors
- Monitor safety, quality, and project schedules
- Prepare reports, inspections, and progress documentation
Qualifications
- Valid UPDA Certificate (Trainee / Grade A / B / C)
- Minimum 7 years of civil engineering experience within the GCC
- Proven experience in residential buildings (apartments, villas, housing projects)
- Good knowledge and application of QCS Standards
