Job Description
Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up. Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues. Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards. Answer phone calls, record messages, and assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating employees.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up
- Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance
- Respond to questions and concerns regarding HR programs and policies
- Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files
- Assist in logistics and scheduling of annual employee surveys
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
