Procurement Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist for our client, a leading company in the energy sector. The role involves managing and executing procurement operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute procurement operations (sourcing, quotation, PO processing)
- Monitor critical stock levels and ensure timely procurement
- Maintain approved supplier lists and evaluate new suppliers
- Draft service contracts and obtain necessary approvals
- Coordinate with planning, production, quality, and finance departments
- Track KPIs and maintain reporting
- Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations
- Proven experience with SAP ERP systems
- Solid understanding of vendor management and stock/material flow
- Good command of English
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset
