Paid & Performance Marketing Lead
Job Description
Take full ownership of paid acquisition and performance growth across multiple channels. Define strategy, drive execution, and ensure measurable ROI from paid media investments. Lead agency partners and progressively bring execution in-house.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end paid media strategy across Google and Meta
- Lead and manage external paid media agencies
- Develop roadmap to transition execution in-house
- Execute and optimize campaigns
- Drive creative direction for paid channels
- Own reporting, forecasting, and attribution
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in paid and performance marketing
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proven experience managing agency relationships
- Strong analytical and financial mindset
