Job Description
Seeking an experienced Inventory and Accounts Manager with strong expertise in Next ERP Systems and advanced Excel. Responsible for managing inventory, product costing, and bills of material.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and stock movement using Next ERP.
- Create, update, and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) in the ERP system.
- Monitor raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.
- Calculate and control product costing, including material, labor, and overhead costs.
- Track purchases, sales, stock adjustments, and transfers.
- Ensure accurate posting of invoices, payments, and inventory transactions.
- Generate inventory and accounts reports for management review.
- Reconcile stock records between physical inventory and system data.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with Next ERP Systems or other related ERP
