Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Sales Representative to join our Cricket Wireless team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills, and effectively promoting our products and services. This role involves engaging with customers, assisting with product demos, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting mobile devices, plans, and accessories
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Assist customers with POS transactions
- Upsell additional products and services
- Maintain merchandising standards
- Manage inventory levels
- Provide excellent phone etiquette
- Supervise or assist in supervising team members as needed
- Educate customers on the use of devices and plan options
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency
- Prior retail sales experience, especially in a grocery or electronics environment, is highly valued
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques
