TripleTen is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role blends financial analysis, HR metrics, and accounting processes to support workforce planning and compensation analysis as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Support workforce planning and budgeting
- Improve data accuracy by reconciling HR data with financial systems
- Deliver actionable HR financial insights and dashboards
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and risks
- Optimize HR-related financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
- Understanding of HR metrics and compensation structures
- Knowledge of accounting processes (payroll, accruals)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
