Job Description
Lead and scale commercial operations for a high-growth B2B SaaS business. Own the revenue engine from demand generation to conversion and retention. Refine positioning, messaging, and accelerate sustainable growth. Remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop GTM strategy and positioning
- Lead Sales and Marketing operations
- Implement metrics-driven sales motion
- Analyze funnel data to optimize conversion
- Drive pricing and expansion experiments
- Coach high-performing commercial teams
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years experience in B2B SaaS leadership
- Track record of scaling revenue in SMB or mid-market SaaS
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV)
- Fluency in English and French
