Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Customer Operations or Support leadership
  • Experience in B2B or Enterprise environments
  • Industry experience in gaming or fintech
  • Technically fluent with Genesys Cloud
  • Commercially sharp with budget management experience
