Job Description
Chain Reaction is looking for a passionate Graphic Designer to create visually engaging designs that meet client requirements and support brand objectives. Work on a variety of design projects from conception to execution while adhering to brand guidelines and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the visual direction of campaigns from concept to execution
- Translate brand strategy into clear visual systems
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop key visuals
- Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Review and approve final designs before delivery
- Guide and review junior and mid-level designers’ work
- Execute high-impact design assets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven design
- Solid proficiency in AI Tools and Adobe Creative Suite
