Senior Project Manager (Creative Agency)
Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multiple creative and production projects—ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution across internal teams and external suppliers. This role owns the delivery system: planning, resourcing, workflows, approvals, risk control, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from kickoff to closure
- Build project plans (scope, timeline, milestones, dependencies, budget, RAID)
- Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and quality standards
- Act as the main day-to-day client contact for delivery
- Plan and allocate workload across creative, production, and operations teams
- Identify and remove delivery constraints
- Maintain project documentation
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years project management experience in a creative agency / marketing / production / events environment
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification (nice to have)
