Job Description
Lead TCL’s retail air conditioner business across GCC markets, focusing on UAE market growth. Responsible for retail channel expansion, in-store execution, sell-out performance, and brand visibility improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage retail operations in UAE and execution in other GCC countries.
- Develop retail sales strategy and achieve sales, display, and coverage targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, dealers, and installation partners.
- Execute sell-in / sell-out plans, seasonal promotions, and in-store activities.
- Ensure brand visibility and compliance with display standards.
- Conduct product and sales training for promoters and retail partners.
- Analyze sell-out data, pricing, and competition to improve market performance.
- Support new product launches and coordinate with marketing for activation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5–7 years of retail sales experience in air conditioners or consumer electronics
- Strong retail channel development and in-store execution background
- Fluent in English
- Willing to travel across GCC countries
