Payment Operations Agent- Fraud Monitoring
Job Description
HALA is seeking a Payment Operations Agent to monitor alerts triggered in the fraud management system and decide on necessary actions to protect users. You will conduct due diligence, maintain records of confirmed fraud, and coordinate with the fraud department for system enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Monitor alerts triggered in the fraud management system on a daily basis
- Decide on necessary actions: blocking cards, temporary holds, or escalating cases
- Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) after blocking any card
- Coordinate with fraud department for card replacements
- Perform record keeping of confirmed fraud and prepare reports on trends
- Coordinate for regular fraud rule enhancements in the management system
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or equivalent field of studies
- Experience in fraud monitoring and analysis is a plus
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic language
