Job Description

Lead a scalable, digitally enabled operating environment for a new digital banking vertical. Manage customer operations, service delivery, and support functions while maintaining strong controls and governance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a scalable operating model for customer onboarding and payments
  • Establish teams for customer care, processing, and operational control
  • Embed advanced AI-enabled service solutions
  • Ensure full alignment with SAMA regulatory standards
  • Partner with Technology, Product, and Risk teams
  • Develop service frameworks and SLAs
  • Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of leadership experience within banking, digital banking, or fintech in KSA
  • Strong understanding of SAMA regulatory expectations
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
