Job Description
Lead a scalable, digitally enabled operating environment for a new digital banking vertical. Manage customer operations, service delivery, and support functions while maintaining strong controls and governance.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable operating model for customer onboarding and payments
- Establish teams for customer care, processing, and operational control
- Embed advanced AI-enabled service solutions
- Ensure full alignment with SAMA regulatory standards
- Partner with Technology, Product, and Risk teams
- Develop service frameworks and SLAs
- Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives
Qualifications
- 12+ years of leadership experience within banking, digital banking, or fintech in KSA
- Strong understanding of SAMA regulatory expectations
- Fluent in Arabic and English
