Purchasing & Procurement Officer
Job Description
Assists and ensures the operations within the Procurement function are carried out in line with defined policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with vendors concerning purchase requisitions
- Preparation of purchase requests and follow-up
- Maintain and update procurement records
- Assist with generating RFQs
- Follow up approvals for equipment and supplies
- Generate Purchase Requisitions after obtaining quotations
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar organization
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in business or related area
