Manager - Restaurant
Job Description
A restaurant manager’s primary role is to manage and control the day to day restaurant operations, focusing on excellence in standards, staff readiness, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Ensure FOH and BOH staffs are familiar with day's requirements
- Coordinate Pre-opening Phase including staffing and training
- Coordinate with executive chef for new menus
- Responsible for the Profit and loss statement of the restaurant
- Achieve set revenues and sales targets
- Schedule working hours and manage attendance
- Ordering supplies and managing administration procedures
- Control and manage monthly inventory
- Manage PR and Marketing activities to maximize exposure
- Maintain operational hygiene and fire life safety standards
- Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly operations reports
