The Recruitment Assistant supports recruiters in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Responsibilities include posting vacancies, maintaining candidate records, and supporting onboarding documentation.

- Assist recruiters in end-to-end recruitment activities
- Coordinate interview schedules
- Post job vacancies on job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate records
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview details
- Prepare offer letters and support onboarding documentation
- Travel for recruitment drives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR support
