People Specialist (Performance)
Job Description
Revolut is looking for a People Partner to support the management and development of our fast growing teams. You'll take our HR strategies to the next level by taking a data-oriented and results-driven approach focused on performance and talent.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address under-performance
- Provide pragmatic solutions for talent management
- Support an environment of succession and growth
- Work on strategic employee satisfaction and DEI initiatives
- Partner with HR shared service teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Solid experience in HR and/or continuous improvement in a people function
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluency in English
