Group Catering Manager
Job Description
Oversee all aspects of catering operations, event planning, and financial management. Coordinate client services, staff, and resources for high-quality events.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute catering events and live setups
- Maintain master event calendar and inquiries
- Manage physical inventory counts
- Negotiate with vendors for favorable rates
- Plan menus with chefs
- Monitor revenue and expenses against targets
- Supervise and motivate catering staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
