Job Description

Radiometer, part of Danaher Diagnostics, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to accelerate growth within Saudi Arabia’s healthcare ecosystem. This role will focus on expanding the footprint in government institutions, national healthcare projects, and leading private hospital groups, ensuring critical care diagnostic solutions are at the forefront of Saudi Arabia’s healthcare transformation under Vision 2030.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored enterprise account strategies to expand Radiometer’s market share across large hospitals, government facilities, and enterprise groups
  • Act as the primary relationship owner for key strategic accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement long-term growth plans
  • Lead sales of the full Radiometer portfolio
  • Partner with other Danaher Diagnostics OpCos to present comprehensive diagnostic solutions
  • Manage complex tender cycles, contract renewals, and pricing strategies
  • Ensure solutions are specified and positioned competitively within MOH and NUPCO frameworks
  • Lead pre-sales activities, workflow demonstrations, and post-installation success initiatives
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline forecasting and reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise or key account management within the IVD or critical care diagnostics industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare ecosystem, particularly MOH, NUPCO, and large private providers.
  • Proven success in solution selling, tender management, and long-term contracting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred.
