Online Classroom Producer (Remote | Part-Time )
Job Description
The Online Classroom Producer serves as the technical lead for virtual training events, managing all behind-the-scenes logistics before, during, and after each session. By handling the technical and production elements, the Producer enables instructors to focus on guiding participants through course content.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical aspects of live virtual training sessions
- Provide real-time support to instructors and participants
- Prepare and test virtual classrooms prior to sessions
- Monitor chat, polls, and breakout rooms
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in supporting virtual training in Adobe Connect, Zoom, and Teams
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Canvas/Cornerstone)
- Customer service or help desk experience is a plus
