Job Description
Lead Product Designer owns a product end-to-end and is responsible for its design outcomes from discovery through delivery. This is a product-ownership role, roughly 50% focused on designing key flows, systems, and experiences, and 50% on aligning with clients, product, and engineering, guiding/leading designers, and ensuring high-quality delivery. Auditing Platform is a complex, real-world product used by large enterprise clients to run on-site audits, inspections, and quality evaluations across thousands of physical locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing design activities, including requirement clarification, design discussions, and solution alignment
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize business asks, user needs, and uncover technical constraints
- Design user-centered solutions for audit and inspection workflows
- Own design delivery from discovery and concept to validation and development handoff
- Work closely with developers and BSA to ensure alignment with system logic, workflows, and technical constraints
- Support and maintain product design processes
- Assign and review design tasks for designers within the team
- Contribute to the design system
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably in enterprise or SaaS products
- Experience designing complex applications with data-heavy interfaces and workflow-driven logic
- Strong experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
- Good understanding of technical constraints, including backend logic, workflows, and system rules
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and Business System Analysts
- Good level of spoken and written English
