Job Description
Auxo Talent has partnered with a top-tier engineering firm to find a Sales Director in Al Khobar. The role involves managing a sales team and growing strategic accounts in the oil & gas and petrochemical sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team of 5-6 members
- Grow strategic customer accounts across Saudi Arabia
- Sell industrial and engineering services like manufacturing and pipeline remediation
- Develop sales strategies and prepare annual budgets and forecasts
- Conduct regular performance reviews and market analysis
Qualifications
- 15-20 years of sales or business development experience
- Experience in Saudi Arabia within oil & gas or petrochemicals
- Engineering degree required
- Fluent in English and Arabic
