Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the daily IT operations of the resort, ensuring uninterrupted technology services, system security, and efficient support to hotel operations. Supports guest services and 5-star hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all IT infrastructure (servers, network, Wi-Fi, CCTV, etc.)
- Ensure 24/7 system availability for resort operations
- Monitor PMS, POS, and ERP hospitality systems
- Manage data security and disaster recovery plans
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Maintain IT asset inventory
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of IT experience, preferably in hospitality or resort environment
- Prior supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage
