Job Description

Planning, management and operation of medium to large scale exhibitions– some of them with licensed beverages service – acting as principle interface between the client and DWTC’s internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing effective relationships with clients
  • Taking ownership of allocated events, acting as principle point of contact
  • Preparing the event requirements through the Event Plan for each allocated event
  • Responsible for the financial closure of an event.
  • Reconciling the event service orders on Momentous directly after the event
  • Undertaking presentations and site tours

Qualifications

  • University degree level, preferably in Events or Project Management
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the Event Management industry, focusing on planning and delivering exhibitions and events
