Assistant Manager - Planning & Operations
Job Description
Planning, management and operation of medium to large scale exhibitions– some of them with licensed beverages service – acting as principle interface between the client and DWTC’s internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Establishing effective relationships with clients
- Taking ownership of allocated events, acting as principle point of contact
- Preparing the event requirements through the Event Plan for each allocated event
- Responsible for the financial closure of an event.
- Reconciling the event service orders on Momentous directly after the event
- Undertaking presentations and site tours
Qualifications
- University degree level, preferably in Events or Project Management
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the Event Management industry, focusing on planning and delivering exhibitions and events
