Associate Engineer - IT Operations
Job Description
talabat is hiring an Associate Engineer of IT Operations in Baghdad to configure and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple sites. Responsibilities include L2 support, configuring network devices such as firewalls, and managing CCTV and security systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage incidents and service requests in Jira ticketing system
- Communicate critical issues to IT leadership
- Configure network devices including firewalls, routers, and switches
- Support management of Active Directory and cloud services
- Lead IT infrastructure configuration for new site deployments
- Provide on-ground support for L3 engineers during office setups
- Configure and troubleshoot CCTV systems
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- Valid driving license
