Senior Analyst - Controlling I Real Estate I Finance
Job Description
Crucial in ensuring accurate business reporting through robust closing activities. The role involves managing the financial closing processes, maintaining accurate financial accounts, conducting audits, and preparing comprehensive reports.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely month, quarter, and year-end closing
- Prepare monthly management reports to meet reporting deadlines
- Ensure reconciliation of intercompany accounts
- Monitor bookings of tax entries, especially VAT accounting
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Accounting Standards and IFRS
- 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate sector
- FMVA certification preferred
- Experience with SAP financial applications preferred
