Product Designer II
Job Description
As a Product Designer II on the Windows Design Systems you’ll work within a multidisciplinary team to evolve the Windows design language for a new era where AI is seamlessly integrated into daily life. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure scalability, cohesion, creativity, and a high bar for craft.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of component and pattern libraries
- Participate in design reviews and office hours
- Contribute to a cross-functional community of Design Systems expertise
- Perform QAs to ensure design quality
- Apply inclusive design principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or related field
- 3+ years experience working in product or service design
- 2+ years experience with current design tools like Figma
- 1+ years experience with creating or managing design systems
