People Experience Manager (Remote)
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented People Experience Coordinator to support employee experience operations across a distributed team. This role focuses on logistics coordination, vendor management, and ensuring internal initiatives are executed smoothly and consistently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee gifting initiatives (onboarding packages, milestone recognition)
- Manage vendors, purchase orders, shipping logistics, and delivery timelines
- Track budgets, inventory, and shipment status
- Maintain organized documentation of orders and vendors
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Identify and proactively flag operational issues or delays
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage logistics and repetitive workflows
- Prior experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support (Preferred)
- Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams (Preferred)
