Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented People Experience Coordinator to support employee experience operations across a distributed team. This role focuses on logistics coordination, vendor management, and ensuring internal initiatives are executed smoothly and consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee gifting initiatives (onboarding packages, milestone recognition)
  • Manage vendors, purchase orders, shipping logistics, and delivery timelines
  • Track budgets, inventory, and shipment status
  • Maintain organized documentation of orders and vendors
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Identify and proactively flag operational issues or delays

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage logistics and repetitive workflows
  • Prior experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support (Preferred)
  • Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams (Preferred)
